About Us

We teach kids innovative martial arts techniques that range from kicking and punching, to  blocking, as well as escape tactics from bullies and predators.  Classes also include challenging drills and obstacle courses along with various other forms of cardio. Aside from their physical training, we teach students  how to be confident, disciplined, goal setters and strong sense of virtuous leadership.

Our students are taught that in order to be successful in life they should practice the following: Knowledge in the Mind, Honesty in the Heart, and Strength in the Body.  We pride ourselves in developing students balanced in all phases of life. Every year many of our students are named in the top 50 in Galveston schools. In 2010, 2011, 2015 and 2021 the Valedictorians of Galveston Ball High School, in 2013 the Valedictorian of O'Connel High School, and in 2018 the Valedictorian of Odyssey Academy were Black Belts of Martial Arts America!  In 2015, 2018 and 2022 the Salutatorians of Ball High School were also Black Belts of Martial Arts America!
